cbr or wyndham palm's

We have our fairy tale package booked for Oct 30- Nov 6, 2003
But I just came across the wyndham palm's for 65.00 a night, If we went with this rate I would be saving almost 300.00 for the week, by just buying park hoopers. I really don't know much about this resort. How far is it from the disney theme parks and do you think that it is better to stay at disney or off site. I also would like to know if you have to use one of your hopper days for the mnshp if you just go for the party, or is the extra ticket all you need

I can tell you that CBR is a great resort. The UPH passes are only good while you are there. You can knock off the beginning and ending days though. You do need park admission to attend the party though in addition to the special ticket.

I don't know about your offsite choice. I have stayed onsite and offsite. They both were great. If it allows me to save money then I would consider off site. We like the charging to your room key so we try to stay onsite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Palms Resort & Country Club. It is just a few miles from the parks. It is a matter of personal opinion if it is better to stay at a Disney resort or off site.

I think the space you will get at Wyndham is a good thing, you can make breakfast there and save money on that alone.

Could you please tell where you found that great rate? I went to the web site and the lowest I could find for the time I want is $245 a night for one room.

Sure I found that rate at hotelkingdom.com, Thanks everyone for the help, my dh thinks that it would be best if we stay onsite that way if our 4 year old wants to take a nap ( or dad) they can do so while I stay in the parks. A friend of mine has booked the wyndham resort and she is saving alot of money, for us the savings would only be $150.00.
