CBR or PO-Riverside

Trying to narrow it down between the two, CBR or PORiverside. 2 adults, will be going in December so pool does not matter. Thiinking royal room at POR or King bed room at CBR. Which would you choose?

If it was just adults I'd do a king bed at either one. What about POFQ? I've heard it's good for adults

Port Orleans hands down. The resort, IMHO, is a lot nice than CBR. We have stayed at both and love the feel and scenery of PO. The rooms seam to be cleaner, transportation was easier, dining was about the same, pools, although for you it won't matter, were a lot quieter. POR is our favorite moderate and before DVC, would be where we would stay all the time.

Hm. Tough call. the Royal Room at POR is "fun" - but not my style for adults. I would suggest a normal room personally. I like CBR - especially the new rooms - but I prefer POR (with CSR being my favorite).

We were big POR fans until having to switch to CBR for Free Dining years ago and haven't been able to go back. Both are great resorts, but we feel CBR is a notch above. It is so peaceful and has such a laid back, relaxed atmosphere that is such a change from the craziness of the parks. We are usually there when the resort is at capacity and it never feels like it. We always joke that we must be the only guests in our building, which we know isn't true. We like the food court at CBR better as the layout and options are nicer. CBR just went through a room refurb and the new rooms are awesome. The new beds are heavenly also.

Again, you can't go wrong with either one. We just like CBR more.

POR - beautiful relaxing resort! We just didn't love CBR, it is a pretty resort, but we did not like the bus service or food court.

Pretty much what dansdad said! CBR was booked for our stay this trip, so we are having to go with POR. While it's starting to grow on me, I just love CBR. I just love the beautiful colors, the tropical music, it's so relaxing!

I have only stayed at POR but I love it! So peaceful, beautiful landscaping and the food court is really great. Plus, there is Yee-ha Bob.

We've stayed at both. Absolutely POR. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Another vote for CBR, even when crowded - it don't seem like it. We can't get away from CBR...we love it!
