CBR-Just returned

We had a 4 night stay in CBR, Barbados building 11. The theming at the hotel is very nice and all of the CM's were friendly. Our building was close to the bus stop and the custom house but too far away from the main pool and the food court. We were also quite often the last bus stop the busses went to so they were full when they arrived. The bus service was probably the worst part of our CBR stay. I guess it was partially luck but we never waited less than 20 minutes for a bus. I noted a few CM's were keeping track of busses and times so hopefully they are working on improving the situation. If I were going to stay there again I would probably pay the extra money and get a preferred location.

Did you happen to eat at Shutters?? How is the food court? We're going exactly 30 days from today!!! I was last there 7 years ago for my honeymoon and I think a lot has changed as far as room design and eating selections.

We were there in April. I did not eat at Shutters, but another family we traveled with did, and both the mom and her son liked it a lot.

We loved the food court -- just great for a Dad and a DS14 and DS11! You'll love CBR!

If you were there 7 years ago you will find the food court now has central check outs. Much easier to pay now.

We didn't eat at Shutters but we did go to the food court. The breakfast food was ok. We had sandwiches and pizza the last afternoon we were there and they were pretty good. The cookies are good too. The CM's were pretty knowledgeable about the dining plan too.
