When we traveled back in 2010 (I really need another Disney Trip, but the costs of raising a child with special needs put us further in debt) we stayed at CBR. Flight was scheduled to land shortly before 4:30 but was early and landed about 35 minutes prior. We caught ME and got dropped off at Custom House around 5:45 a party of 12 with 4 rooms (2 adults in 2 of them and 2 adults 2 children in the other 2). I don't know if the other 3 rooms took the eternal bus or not but my family since we had a small child an a car seat on a luggage rack that we used through the airports as we were going to be renting a vehicle for a day (I reluctantly agreed to use a booster seat for my older child and got pleasantly surprised by a nice britax seat that was brand new-helped that a family friend is the manager of our local branch of the rental agency we used and walked our reservation through for us) bell services took us over in one of their vans. They then offered to take our carseat back over to their storage so we would not have it taking up space in the room which we took up the offer. (The day before we would be taking our trip off property to go to SeaWorld DH took the internal bus over and got it and then took it back over after we returned). When it was time for us to leave on on ME at 4 am for our 7 am flight (never again as that was too darn early) Bell Services came over and got almost all of us and all our luggage. They were going to have to return for part of us but there were enough seats by holding some items to get 11 of the 12 of us in and 1 person chose to walk over from the Jamaica section where we were staying. Other than a knock on the door at 3:20 am which was not their fault, but the fault of the member of our party who made the flight arrangements (at least the airline did a change so we didn't have just 45 minutes to get all of us from one side of the airport on 1 level down a level on the half way back with the only way being on the opposite side during our connection. Person who is a single adult, in good shape and only takes an under seat item can make it-we had 4 children ranging in age from just over 2 years to 6.5 years, and 3 senior citizens 1 who had a heart attack a little over a year prior, 1 4 months post double knee replacement. Luckily we had a 2.5 hour layover which due to mechanical issues, weather, and the original crew being over the time they could fly ended up being close to 5 hours).
