Me and my family have stayed at okw many times and are DVC members. The overall resort is very nice and it doesn't scream Disney its very laid back in theming. The rooms I believe have recently been refurbished. Whether your staying in a studio or one or two bedroom villa there is plenty of space without feeling cramped. It's best to have in room snacks and such because the quick service offerings are limited and there is no food court. The pools are great especially the water slide and they have a playground and huge sandbox for little ones. Transportation is usually very quick I would request a building close to the main building to minimize walk to pool and to guarantee seats on the bus. I haven't stayed at CB but I hear good things about it but staying at okw multiple times I'm pretty knowledgable any other questions I would gladly answer them for you enjoy your trip!!

Never stayed at OKW, however have stayed at CBR 4x and love it. The Caribbean feel, music, beautiful landscaping and beaches makes it feel like your in the Caribbean! The main pool area is great w/ 2 water slides and hot tubs. Has a nice pool bar area. Each Island has its own private pool and laundry area. Nice gift shop, and bus transportation had always been good.
