The issue dated 11/11 is up on line. I did a cursory reading and gleaned a couple things that might be of interest.
Fosters IGA supermarket is assisting the divers who are keeping the rays at Stingray City fed, until the tourists return. They are importing and storing frozen squid for the rays.
Finding a working ATM is apparently difficult and many places are still not able to do credit card transactions. Therefore, it would seem if one planned on shoping in Georgetown, a stash of cash might be advisable.
The island will open to on shore tourists around the 1st of December with about 650 rooms available.
Diving is reported to be fine and many of the better known operators have boats in the water.
Unfortunately the target date for opening my attraction of choice, the botanic gardens, will not be until January.
Hope this news is helpful to some Dis travelers.

One day they're being fed and swimming with humans, the next day, nothing. I guess it's in the tour operators' best interest to keep the stingrays fed and happy, on a schedule like they are used to. I do feel so bad for everyone on Grand Cayman though
