I did a search to see if anyone else had come across this problem, but didn't see any threads.
Here is my cautionary tale of the new computer system auto-cancelling meal reservations. Prior to departing for my trip, I re-checked only the first couple of reservations for our 10 night deluxe dining trip. Those had no problems so I thought the rest would be fine too.
When I checked in, I went to concierge to pick up my dinner show tickets. My reservations for Hoop Dee Doo, Spirit of Aloha, and Cinderella's Royal Table (!!) had been autocancelled by the system the day after booking them (over the phone). Concierge said this had been a particular problem for the dinner shows and stressed it was no fault of my own - it's a computer glitch in the new system that had cancelled a number of guests' reservations for no apparent reason.
Initially, they were unable to rebook Aloha, could only get us Cat 3 for HDD (I had Cat 2 previously) and no luck with Cindys.
During the stay, Disney (thank you particularly to the lovely Pat at concierge at Riverside) did a great job of fixing us up. We ended up at a Cat 1 table for HDD, and Cat 2 Aloha at the time of our original bookings. Cindys left a message for us at our hotel room that they'd fit us in at our booking time (and by the time we checked in for our lunch they had managed to make an actual reservation for us at the original time).
However, it's definately not an experience I'd want to have again when checking in, and hope no-one else has it too. So Please check All your reservations - some may have been autocancelled through no fault of your own!
