I know this is a tender port - will the boat allow for 2 passengers on ecvs to go to the island?

I don't have an answer to that, but I hope that whoever is on the ECV can make it on the island. Avalon isn't a huge town but it's a nice place.

Avalon is also distinctive that there are golf carts for rent, instead of private vehicles (10 year waiting list). Depending on the mobility of the ECV users, they might be able to board the tender and rent at the port. Pricey, though. Truly one of my favorite cities in California, hope it all works out.
