Catholic Mass?

I was wondering if anyone knows the opportunities for Sat/Sunday Catholic Mass near Universal and/or Disney. Thanks.

Your hotel should have a listing of all churches in the area! You can try calling them.

I think Mary Queen of the Universe is the closest one.I'm pretty sure it's the one that can be seen from I-4 between WDW and Universal.

Yes Mary Queen of the Universe is the closest and it is a really nice place to visit even when not attending Mass. Our familly normally visits the shrine on one of our non-park days.

We too went to Mass at "Mary, Queen of the Universe" while there this past January - it is absolutely beautiful, even my kids were impressed!

The shrine mass is okay but it lacks the coziness that the mass at the Polynesian had. I wish Disney would reconsider and hold masses again on-site. It is such a struggle to get to the shrine as well with small children.

I read that the issue was not the Polynesian's but that the church did not have staffing for that offsite mass.
