Catering Boardwalk Villas

Hi,
We are going to be staying at the Boardwalk in a grand villa with a large group for a wedding. We were thinking of having diner, after the rehearsal, in the villa where some of us are staying. Does any one know of a good caterer (maybe Italian ) that could supply the food, chaffing dishes, sternos and setups for approximately 25? If they deliver great, if not we could figure something out.

Also if you think bring outside food into Disney is inappropiate, please let me know, but I was thinking "Home away from Home"...and I do it at home!

Someone else who knows for sure can probably send you to where there are written rules but it's my understanding that any wedding related activity has to be done through Disney as they have Wedding service (and fees!). You can't just get married on Disney property without them being involved. I'm guessing the same is true for any reception catering.

Hi Inkmahm,
We are doing a Disney wedding package complete with all the magic & costs. My question was if one night during the week long stay, could we cater a family get together in our villa room.
Disney has us for the wedding day including the ceremony, reception and private dessert party.
With this further clarification do you still think I am oversteppng the rules?
