Catered Meal in DVC Villa

Hello DVC'ers! We are looking into the options of having a catered meal(s) (dessert buffet, brunch and/or dinner) the day of our vow renewal at Aulani. We are a group of 12-16 and we will be renting the 3br villa for a couple nights. Only a few will be staying in the room most will be just there for the meals and to hang out. Has anyone done a catered meal with Disney in a villa before? TIA!

I have not. I would think with Aulani being a freestanding resort, away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, they may have some good options for a delivered/catered meal. Congrats on your vow renewal.

I’d go the Ear for Each Other FB group-lots of laid off cast members doing stuff like that-eg culinary cast members catering full meals.

Please consider the other guests staying near your GV, meaning noise, trash, gathering in the hallway outside your villa, etc.

The capacity is 12, isn’t it? I can’t imagine adding possibly 4 would be a burden to others.

You can have day guests in your villa, but the sleeping capacity is 12. If you use all the tables and chairs on the balcony, you can seat 16.

Have you checked with the resort to see if there might be a meeting room you could use for a nominal fee??
