catered event in villa

Is it possible to have a small reception catered in our villa? Has anyone every done this? It would be for a welcome reception for 10-12 people the day of arrival. Any suggestions? Thanks

You don't say where you're staying. But if it's at a DVC with a hotel you can arrange this via room service - they offer hospitality plates.

I wouldn't plan on being in your villa until 4:00 PM at the earliest. The check in time is 4:00 PM. You might be lucky and get in early, but it's not guaranteed.

I know- we're planning the event about 8PM

I looked into that at HH and I had 16 people and 8 off site it ended up cost wise and planning to do it ourself., we had said 3pm but that later was almost 7 pm.
