Catered dinner

Hello.

I am thinking of having something catered at our resort. Has anyone ever done this? Last time we were there, we had a thrown together pizza party at one of the pools (POR).

I was thinking of just ordering some chicken, deli platters, etc and doing a similar thing.

Any suggestions?

We are staying at the Port Orleans Riverside, so they have the "quiet" pools, if there is such a thing.

We were going to do one of the Disney events, but I think it might strain some already stretched budgets. I thought this would be a way for us to get together and have dinner. All told there will be around 40 of us going.
