Other than the fact that Cat. 5 rooms are on deck 7 and Cat. 6 rooms are on decks 5 & 6, is there anything else that makes Category 5 more desirable??

Thanks!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :p

I've been in both and they are the same. Save your money and go with the 6.

I have been in both categories and they are the same. I would definately same $ and get the cat. 6.

They are identical, think of the price difference as a location premium. Some people want to be higher on the ship, and are willing to pay. Just depends on what you want. But layout and size wise, they are same.

I wanted a cat. 6 for my upcoming cruise in August, but by the time we called to make our ressies all cat.6 rooms were sold out, so we wound up getting a cat. 5 room, and had to pay the extra $$.

We were originally booked in a cat 10 for the Nov 30th cruise. Having a secret porthole made it a cat 8.
When we rebooked we booked a cat 6. Hey, we turned that disappointment into a verandah !
