Catamaran in morn or afternoon?

Has anyone done the Golden Eagle Catamaran excursion in St. Maarten in the afternoon? We are thinking of shopping in the AM, lunch on the ship and then the adults only doing the catamaran in the afternoon. Thought I read someone say the morning was better but didn't say why? Will it be just as much fun without the kids -- or is the fun part watching the kids?

I would also be interested in hearing this...we are thinking of doing the morning one with our kids...also, could someone tell me exactly how much "nakedness" you saw????Want to make sure and fill the kids in on what they may or may not see before we go!!

Not as much as if you were to go to Orient Beach, but you may see to occasional female "drop top".

We did the AM excursion along with 30 or so other Dis'ers. It was WONDERFUL! Im not sure about the difference between the morn and afternoon. It wasnt as hot in the am....bout the only difference I can think of. We had plenty of time to go back to the ship,shower,have lunch and take the water taxi over to do some shopping. We saw a few women without their tops...nothing major. Hope this helps!

We were on the same excursion and I would highly recommend. There were a few topless women but so few that DD8 didn't even notice- if she did she didn't say anything.
