Not sure what you're looking for, but Google is your best friend, Taz. I just simply typed in "cat" and "pool"...

I iz in ur pool.... makin it warmz...

You either go to this site - they have an "lol builder" with pictures you choose from... then you add whatever caption you want.

OR

You can just google a cat picture and paste it into a paint program and add your captions that way. I find this the easiest if you're looking for a specific cat picture...
