Some sleep 3 as I found out recently, Booked a return cruise for Thanksgiving 2005 in a cat 6, was given a stateroom, when I added my daughter and grandson at a later date, the stateroom was changed. When I checked into it, the orginal stateroom only slept 3, no pull down murphy bed.

The best site or info I've seen, is the "Passporter's Field Guide to Disney Cruise Line". It is available online and in major bookstores.

They have a whole section on the number of persons that can sleep in a room. But be rest assured Disney will NOT put you in a cabin that will sleep less than what you book.

Hope this helps

For what it's worth, the Passporter Guide lists ALL cat 6 cabins on deck 5 as sleeping only 3. Ironically, many of the cat 8, 10, and 11 cabins on this deck sleep 4.

I recommend the Passporter Guide, and not only because it's the only place I've ever seen this information.

It is true that all Deck 5 Cat 6's only sleep 3. I was just in one last week.... my SIL had to stay on Deck 6 because she needed one for 4pp.

Thanks everyone. I plan on buying the Passporter as this will be our first cruise and we have so many questions. We used the WDW guide earlier this year and it was so helpful along with these boards.

A Cat 6 will never have a pull down murphy bed (from the wall)...they do have the bed that drops from the ceiling....but a "Murphy" bed comes down from the wall....I just wanted to clarify so people know what type of beds are in each cabin.
