Cat 4 vs. Cat 5

What are the differences in Cat 4 and Cat 5 staterooms?

A cat. 4 sleeps 4-5 people and is 304 sq. ft. These rooms are only on deck 8. Cat. 5's sleep 3-4 and are 268 sq ft. These are on decks 5, 6, and 7. The verandahs, if I'm not mistaken, are the same size. The cat. 4 has a pull-down bed, causing the room to be slightly longer, giving it the larger square footage.

Cat 4s are just a bit deeper - the width of that pull-down bed. The verandahs are all the same size. In short, an extra three feet and a deck higher, although you can sometimes be under a noisy area from Deck 9. I've noticed that on some occasions. It isn't a huge difference, but it isn't really a huge difference in price either. It's kinda up to you what you're looking for.

There are also no rooms across from category 4, while some catetory 5s have rooms across. Not that it really matters -- just an FYI.
