I think it depends on how people will be sleeping. In the Cat 2, two people would share the Queen bed in one bedroom, it doesn't separate into twins.
Then there would be two people in either the Queen in the 2nd bedroom or have that split into twins. One person can sleep in the bed that is in the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom, and one (possibly two) would share the sofa sleeper, although two on that wouldn't be very comfortable.
With the Cat 3 + 4 combo, you could have two people in the Queen in the Cat 3, one on the murphy bed, one or two on the sofa sleeper. In the Cat 4 room, you could have either two people in the Queen bed, or made into twins, two people, another one on the sofa, one in the murphy bed, and if needed, one in the pull-down ceiling bed.
Another advantage to the Cat 3 + 4 combo would be that you'd have 3 showers/tubs. Cat 2, you'd have three toilets, but only 2 showers/tubs.
We have a gorup of five women going on the Eastbound Repo, and we're doing Cat 3 + 4....8080 and 8082. We had five in the Walt Suite for the 11 Night Southern Caribbean, and I even like the idea of the 3 + 4 combo better than the Walt, as far as sleeping five adults who aren't married to eachother.
