Castle Lighting on MVMCP Nights

Is it possible to see the castle lighting on a MVMCP night if you are not staying for the party? Do they light it before the official park close? Trying to lay out my schedule for a November trip and the only night that will work to see the castle lighting is the night that a party is scheduled.

"LAST" year "A Frozen Holiday Wish" was at 6:15 and 7:30 on regular nights and at 6:15 and 8:00 on MVMCP nights.
