The players: Me, my daughter (4) and my mom (Nana), all from Florida.
We arrived in Paris on April 25 for our 5 night stay at DLRP in the Castle Club. John from Ezyshuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel. When we told the bellman our name, he immediately knew we were CC and had one bellman handle our luggage while he whisked us past the long line at check-in to the CC lounge to wait for an available CC agent. We had a lovely view of the park while we had some drinks and light snacks. When it was our turn to check in, it was quick and efficient and we were off to our room.
The room was lovely. Very spacious. My daughter had a stuffed animal waiting for her, and we had some lovely rosese. They had placed robes and slippers for each of us, including my daughter, in the closet. Our luggage arrived shortly thereafter, as did tea, which was nice. Having never stayed in a non-CC room at DLH, I can't tell if the room is any different, but it was great. We loved the details.
We also loved our VIP FPs! That is such a nice perk. The elevators right down to the park were wonderful as well. Being able to just pop back to the room was a huge help. The breakfast at the lounge was always yummy. Each morning, 1 or 2 characters would come around. They also did little things like mail our postcards home for us at no charge, bring drinks to our room for us, give my daughter cookies, etc. We ordered room service a couple of times and that was always prompt and good. The parks were great and we had a really good time. Everyone knows about those, so I thought I'd mainly focus on the CC. If you have any questions, let me know!
