Castaway Club -- Will They Ever Answer Email??

Two days ago I sent an inquiry to the Castaway Club using the 'contact us' link on the CC website. Not only have I yet to receive a response, receipt of my inquiry hasn't even been acknowledged. Has anyone had any success in contacting Castaway Club representatives? Thank you.

I would re-send that email with something in the subject line that says, "2nd Attempt to Contact". It is very possible an agent at DCL would well be able to assist you as well. Have you called with your questions/concerns? Good luck! :cutie:
 
I sent an email through the link a couple of days ago and have received nothing as well. It was in regards to filling out a card for a placeholder a few days before we disembarked on Saturday and I still have no confirmation of reservation.
 

I sent an email, got the automated response that it was received and never heard back from anyone.
 
I have sent emails before via the Contact us link and always get an acknowledgement and then an answer a couple of days later.

I would guess it would have to do with the question and if research needs to be done to answer your question properly. In some cases it is better to call than it is to email.

I would call DCL about this.
First check your credit card to see if the charge for the placeholder has been processed. There is sometimes a delay if you just leave it in the box for them to process instead of actually speaking to a CM. If there is no charge to your credit card then they most likely have not processed it. If you used a TA then they will get notification of the reservation as well, you could check with them and ask that they forward the copy of the confirmation to you.
 
I would definitely re-send the email again because normally you’ll get the automated generic 24/48 hours for a response msg.
