I went on a Disney cruise in January 2003, since then I've been married and changed my name.

DH and DD (3) are planning a Disney cruise for November 2010.

Since this will be my 2nd Disney cruise, am I eligible fore the Castaway Club?

They should be able to look by just name and address. I've never had to give them my number. I can never find it when I need it.

Yes, providing you have the original booking number. I believe they need that when you fill out the CC membership application.

There is no CC membership application. You are automatically a CC member after completing your first DCL cruise...there is the profile page that you can fill out when you sign up at the DCL site....it does ask for your CC number on that page.

OP...you can call DCL and give the date of your first cruise or last name at the time and they should have you on file. You can ask for your CC number at that time to have on hand so you can fill out your online profile at the DCL site. On signed up at the site you can view your ressie on line and look up past cruises or see future cruises you have booked. It will also tell your CC status as far as being a Silver, Gold or Platinum member. You would be Silver since you have completed one cruise already.

Yes, everyone is automaticall a CC member after completing their first DCL cruise.
See my other post.

This info is not correct. If only one cruise is completed, then you would be a silver member.

My mistake....I got gold and silver mixed up...thanks for pointing that out!!! I will fix my post.

Thanks- this is helpful!!

I sailed on the Magic in Aug 1998 when i was in 7th grade and then went on our honeymoon may 2008 and they still had that i had sailed before. My address had changed and i had moved to another state and such. I was shocked when they gave me the lanyards and such since it was so long ago and i was a kid. I never did anything to make sure they had me in the system.

See this proves another reason to always cruise with them. They recognize their guests! I believe them to be the best at showing recognition to those that have sailed in the past with them. I know other cruise lines do this but have been disappointed that on other lines I have been forgotten about.
