Castaway club member?

Looking for some dates on the disney cruise line web site I noticed that you have to have a member # to sign in if you are a returning cruiser. Where do you get that number from? Does the cruise line send it to you? We just got back from our first cruise 2 weeks ago, but we were curious about some other dates.

They'll send a card in the mail to the lead person on your cruise. I don't remember how long it took, but it seems like it was a few weeks after we got back.

Ours came 4 weeks after the cruise.

IF you call them at 800-449-3380 they should be able to provide you your number. If you wait until you get your card it may be 4 weeks.

We cruised March 20th and still did not get the numbers. I called and got them yesterday.
