Hi Everyone!
I have a quick question regarding the castaway club

So, we did our first cruise in 2016. We will be booking soon for 2020.
We will be booking two rooms this time. One under my name (I am a silver member)
My other half will be in room 2 (he was sailed before also)

BUT when I log into our account it is only showing that I am a castaway member
Everyone who sailed with us previously is not listed.

Will they receive their welcome back gift when they first enter their room?
Or will it just be my room as I am the main party / person in charge of the booking?

Thanks for your help guys

Everyone who has sailed before should be showing up as Silver. Call DCL and they should be able to add their Castaway Club number to the other people. Each room that has someone in it who has sailed with Disney before will get a welcome back gift (which I believe is still a sling bag).

Does your husband also have a DCL log in? That's how he will see his Castaway Club status. You can't see his, unless you log in as him.

Each room that has a CC member in it gets one gift. The silver gift, currently, is the sling bag.

No that’s not good. Call dcl and have them look up everyone’s castaway number. They need to get their credit too for sailing. :)

I have all our castaway numbers, they are listed on our Keycards from our last cruise.
I will give them a call before I book thanks!

Each person has their own account even if they haven't activated access to it. That account has their name and birthdate and other information so that DCL knows who they are, how old they are, whether they're booked, etc. You'll only see your own Castaway Club number and sailings if you log into your own account. You won't see anyone else's number. They need to log into their own account to see it. You can certainly book activities for someone who is connected to your sailing (whether in your cabin or another one if the reservations are linked) but they will also have access themselves to it through their own account. For example, DH never books anything - I do it all - and hardly ever remembers his login but he does have his own account. I know his CC number and have it recorded because he can't remember how to log in.

Yes they should be able to access those numbers. My family of 5 cruised in 03 and 04. In 2016 we took my son on a cruise his senior year (he's the youngest) and called CC to get the numbers for me, DH and DS as I had misplaced the original paper card years ago. It didn't matter that there was a 12 year gap. DH and I cruised in 18 and this coming June and I have them in a safe place.
