Castaway Club cocktail party??

Has any gone to the cocktail party for return disney cruisers? Is it worth it? Just woundering.

On our Magic cruise in January of 2002 we went, and didn't care for it--smaller space, lots of people. We went on our last Wonder cruise-- and enjoyed it. It was the last day in Studio Sea--good food, and free drinks. The capt. spoke for a few minutes.

I would say go, you don't have to stay for long if you don't want.
They have nice treats and drinks available for you.
It is also a good opportunity to meet the Captain and other crew members, like the Cruise Director.
Usually they have a small welcome speech, and then the Crew Members mingle with the guests and they are willing to try to answer any questions you may have.
