Castaway Cay vow renewal

Has anyone had their vow renewal on Castaway Cay? What was it like? Thanks

DCL will not allow a vow renewal on Castaway - weddings only. I know this because we have a VR booked on the 10 night Dec cruise and I asked about Castaway. They do them on "at sea" days in one of the lounges. I'm still hoping for at least on deck, but they said it depended on the Captain on the day.
