Castaway Cay member

We went on a cruise in May and should we have received a Castaway Cay member number? If so, where do I call to get one?

Some people get cards and info, others do not (we're in the second group!). It's kind of "hit or miss". If you want the number, you can call DCL. If you book another DCL cruise, all you have to do is tell them you've sailed before and they will look it up so you get the Castaway Club perks.

The number on my Castaway Club card is 1-800-449-3380 you could try that That is how I finaly got my card.

I have taken three cruises and never got a card...I even called once and they were supposed to send it out to me, they never did. I will try again....

Just call Disney if you need your number.
