Castaway Cay Lunch

I've seen a brief description of Castaway Cay's lunch, but since my dd is a vegetarian I was wondering if there were any vegetarian selections. If not, I'll need to pack something from the ship.

Oh yeah, and I received my docs yesterday for the 1/27 Wonder! Yayyyyyyy!

We just got off the Wonder this past Sunday and at CC they had a tomato salad, potato salad, coleslaw, tons of fresh fruit, corn on the cob, chips, cookies, as well as all the meat dishes like hot dogs, burgers, ribs and chicken plus lobster patties.

If none of the above would work, definately call room service and bring some stuff from the ship.

Make sure you swing by the fresh mango and papaya table. It was superb. I swung by later and it was closed down, so my assumption is once they sell out tis over. had I known that I would have visited several more times earlier in the day.

Yum! My older son (10) will love that! He could eat just fruit if I let him! We are on the 27th also! The weather is beautiful in Florida right now...let's hope that it holds out 2 more weeks!

Yes, we had fantastic weather for January and a fantastic family vacation!! Low 80's in Nassau and on CC and high 70's in the rest of Florida (3 day Wonder with days in Florida on both ends). Nary a rain drop in sight!!!

I will post our pics very soon.

P.S. I love Boston....my mom grew up on Cape Ann in Gloucester and we spent all of our summers on the beach there.....just love it...my fav is Good Harbor Beach!!!

My hubby and I both got veggie burgers (Gardenburger style) at Cookie's.
We just asked and they made them for us. It took a few extra minutes but that wasn't a big deal.

Don't forget to try one (or two) of those chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cones, too. YUM!
