Castaway Cay Cabana number question

Question about the family beach cabanas. While family beach cabanas numbers are numbered 1-21, there doesn't seem to be a cabana #13 and #16. I understand that #13 is a unlucky number but an idea why there isn't a cabana #16?

BTW.. noticed that there is a serenity bay cabana still available for the Jan 3 cruise in case someone wants it....

There is a #16. I may be remembering wrong - but it may be an accessible cabana.

I just didn't see #16 as taken or available. I was just curious why it didn't show... Thanks for the answer.

I have heard in the past, that #16 is always held back for some reason. Don't know if thats 100% accurate though.
