Castaway Cay Adult beach?

Wondering if there is any surf / waves on the adult side of castaway cay? The family beach lagoon area was very calm, thought it might be different on other side?

Any other info on adult beach would be great, Thanks, Mky!

When we were there in May, just gently waves. No "surf". But I had a wonderful time floating in the gentle waves. Soooooooo relaxing.

The same with us. Just the gentle lapping of the water onto the shore. This was my favorite part of the cruise!!!

Hi..when we went in Jan 2004 the adult beach was covered in seaweed. It was awful! We ended up staying at the family beach which turned out great! It was so convenient to be so close to the BBQ and they had a fresh fruit stand set up. The bar was also a few steps away. The best part was the ship was so close!
We will be returning for our honeymoon on the Feb 26 cruise, hopefully the seaweed problem is gone. If not.....back to the family beach!!! : )
