Castaway Cay 5K now on the ship?

If I read the recent 6/20 Navigator correctly it says the Castaway Cay 5K is now run on deck as opposed to on the island....can anyone confirm this? Anyone know why?

Oops... Just noticed that having the 5K on the ship was due to a late arrival to Castaway Cay, which was due to a late departure from St Thomas because of a passenger medical emergency.
