That's the CM party. Supposedly it was moved to those dates instead of happening the week before.

Does that have any effect on crowds? Or just the hours for DL being shortened? We plan on being there sometime within those dates (beginning or end of trip) because the 13th is my birthday

CM party days are typically slower, but with them falling a week later than usual I'm not sure how it'll play out.
