Cast member guest pass physical pick-up?

I'm a cm and my hub hasn't worked well the past 3 years and I'm planning my first trip to disneyworld just learning now I need physical guest passes unlike you do at Disneyland. Is there any way I can pick these up on property in Florida due to me being unable to order them or should I cancel my vacay???

You need to ask the moderator to allow you access to the cast member boards. I will answer your question, you need to contact ticketing and request your guest passes. They should have been sent with your main gate.
