Cast Member DVC Discount ?

Does anyone know who qualifies as a "relative" for the cast member discount on DVC ? Also, is it only good for original purchase or is it available for add- on point purchases?

We used it for a BLT add on in September. I believe it is available for immediate family parents, step parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents and children

Thanks! Does the cast member relative (mother in law) need to call for us or is there certain info we need to get from her and then supply when we call? Also, was the CM discount on the full BLT price or on top of any current incentives?

We used it to buy SSR last May. I believe it's immediate family. Our DS was a CP and is now a seasonal CM. From what I've read RSHEALAND is right.

We bought into DVC last June and received a CM discount. However, I seem to remember DVC saying the CM discount was going away. Did something change?

The discount has not gone away, it was just reduced from 25% to 20% to 15% as of now. You will not be able to use any incentives if you go with the CM discount. We tried when we bought in April. Our daughter was on the CP and is now a seasonal CM. They were offering a $500 D Gift card but we weren't eligible. I was wondering if we still got the discount for add on points also. Does anyone know?

Could you please tell what the final per-point price is and minimum points to buy to get the developer points? This was at BLT, correct?

Final cost per point was $90.20 I think you need to get 100 points to get developer point but not sure. Maybe someone else knows?
