Can you still provide Cast member compliments and the guest services for each park?
I saw someone mention twitter, but I don't use it and have no interest, so it would be nice to still be able to give compliments when deserved.
This is just us,but we write down all the details every time we encounter exceptional service from a CM and then we send separate emails for each CM when we get back home.
That keeps us from using Vacation time and it also makes the trip feel like it "lasts" longer as we are still "reliving" it as we write the emails at home.
Having been the recipient of Cast compliments for decades, I was amazed and appreciative at how much effort some Guests put into submitting them. They do mean a lot.
Oddly, I went to Guest Services at Epcot one night to sing the praises of several CM's we encountered. I asked the guy at the counter about putting in a cast compliment and both he and the other CM working looked at me like I was crazy and seemed befuddled that such a thing (any formal way of leaving an acknowledgement for a cast member) even existed. I finally convinced him to give me a piece of paper to write the note on and he would "look into" how to submit it.

Both my wife and I are firm believers that employers should hear the good their people are doing and not just the complaints. I don't know if I would be able to keep my cool with some of the behavior I've seen at Disney World, and tip my hat to those of you who work so hard to make our vacations as special as possible.
I sent a "praise letter" through guest services about our Keys to the Kingdom guide. She was just excellent and I felt it was important for the powers that be to know. I received an email back from guest services thanking me for sharing the information about the cast member and they had forwarded the email to her supervisor.
