Go to the DLR website, scroll to the bottom to find the Contact Us link, click and use the email option. Be sure to include all your contact information if you want someone to get back to you. Good for you for wanting to send in a CM Compliment! Your email will get sent to management in different departments and to that CM's supervisor and will go in that CM's file.

That's a very nice thing to do. My friend's father works there in merchandise and she recently told me that he had 2 certificates for having great customer service thanks to people taking the time to write about him. It is a huge deal for him and something he is very proud of.

I think you can use @DisneylandToday, but I'm not sure how tweets get handled vs. emails. CMs at City Hall have told me that the emails go to Guest Experience and management in other departments, and specifically to the supervisor of the CM in question. If you find out which trail the tweets follow, please update.

Want to share with us the nice situation?

The CM approached us in the rope drop crowd in front of adventure land and asked my daughter what her favorite ride was. She said, “Indiana Jones.” He offered us a Temple tour, when we accepted he led us past the rope to the ride. It was super cool and informative. After the tour we were first on the ride in our own Jeep. Indie is now even more special, he pointed out and explained so many details of the queue that we normally just walk by. He was very in character as a guide.

You can go to any official Disneyland social media outlet, use the handle #CastCompliment along with the CM's name (& hometown if you caught it), location/ride, time of day and Disney management will pick up your compliment. The CM's get a special certificate for the compliment! It's a touching gesture that DLR guests should do more often! Thank you for doing this
