Just got off the phones with WDW and talked to a great lady named Blair, who was extremely helpful and VERY nice. She helped with an email PIN that saved me over $1000 dollars on an upcoming stay at Beach Club! She is among the many cast members on the phones that have been extremely helpful over the past 5 years... Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!! and you can expect us to be coming back for many years to come
