Cassondra & Matthew's Escape Wedding! (Save the Dates Ordered!)

How we met: Well we met back when I was still in high school. We would always hang out at the ice rink in town and his friend ended up bringing him even though he didnt really want to go. lol. Then he said he met me and kept going back every weekend. I was dating someone else at the time, of course. lol He kept going and the person I was with wasnt the best BF if you know what I mean. lol Anyways... I started talking to Matthew and instantly fell in love. We have been inseperable ever since.

Here is a picture of us a few years down the road when he graduated from college.

Well we have been together for about 9 years now and finally decided to get married. Our family has always been huge disney fans. We were planning a vacation at Disney World next year and we both decided why not get married at the happiest place on earth! So we figured have the vacation/honeymoon/wedding all in one place! And so the planning begins!!!

We called Disney after doing some research on everything. Our planner called us back the next day. We are now talking with Pam Pearce. She is a sweetheart from what i hear on her messages hehe. I work late so its hard to get in contact. We are planning on have the wedding in May of next year!! Here it goes!

Date: May 4th 2010
Time: 2:30pm
Location: Sea Breeze Point
Reception: Yatchsmans Steakhouse
Dessert Party: Having one but not sure on location yet.

Deciding a budget and paying it off can be scary - but there are lots of ways to keep things cheap You'll do it honey That dress is gorgeous!! I love it

We sat down and wrote down how much everything would be and when it was due. We then budgeted how much we could afford each month. We are feeling really good about paying for the wedding and even more important I now know we can save for a house next year.

That dress is beautiful!!!

As the previous poster suggested, it's best to write everything down.
From January to September next year we will be paying bits off each month, so we know exactly whats going out and when.

That dress is lovely and you are both stunning people.

Aw thanks for the advice. I need all the help I can get lol. I am new to all this. We are going to try to pay for everything up front as much as possible too. The less debt we have the better in my book .

Also, I got my ring today!!!!! I pick it up in about an hour!!! I am so excited. I will def post pics!

Here is a picture of my ring... I went at looked at them and couldnt put this one down and it ended up i got it that day! Meant to be if ya ask me! hehe

I have such small hands that I didnt want anything huge on it..

I also talked to Pam today and set some dates and then she will get back with me on whats available. We are going to try do a 2:30 wedding with the dessert party.

We will have a reception dinner but with our own reservations since we will be getting the dinning with our vacation package. Maybe save a little money that way too. Anyways let me know what ya think!

Nah we are doing a escape wedding.. we are thinking about dinner at the yachtsmans steakhouse.

Let me start off by saying CONGRATS!!! My hubby and I are in the same boat, don't worry about the cost you can definitely make it work.


I saw from other people's BEO that the chairs covers w/ sashes are $8.50 each and if you want chiavari chairs it's $15.00 each.
