I'd like to hear some ideas of good spots (easily accessible by car) to cash in those last snack credits for disney awesomeness to take home.

(Actually in our case we have a split stay so it stuff we could take to our next resort's refrigerator.)

I got 7 packages of the chip and dales trail mix to bring home - it was really nice to have in the cabinets when I was looking for a snack

also the mickey pretzels from chip and dale's - i used them to make dipped pretzels for the holidays and some trail mix for a movie night

We got some giant Mickey head chocolate-dipped chocolate chip cookies and rice krispy treats - they were so good!!! We got them at the Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs.

This is a great thread OP!
I think dh and I will end up having most of our snack credits leftover and I want to bring stuff back home for the kids since they won't be with us. I don't know if we'll be getting away from Epcot or the Boardwalk during our trip. I am hoping some of the things mentioned here can be found there.

Isn't there a sweet shop on the boardwalk? I wonder if that would be a good place to cash in a bunch for semi-perishables?

There is the Boardwalk Bakery. I just wasn't sure if they have things that are pre-packaged.

I bought those character cookies from the gift shops for gifts for nephews. They are adorable and really impressive to a kid. Ha. The lightening McQueen ones were a huge hit!

love this thread. My last day on the DxDDP we are at epcot in the morning and MK in the evening. where is the best place to burn snack credits?

Last year the Boardwalk Bakery gave us boxes to carry out things (really nice variety of bakery items- cheesecake, cupcakes). I'd also recommend Goofy's Candy Co in Disney Springs - for a snack credit you can get a rice crispy chocolate dipped mickey head (white, dark, milk chocolate), then rolled in a treat (think butterfingers, oreos, m&m's), then drizzled with more chocolate. They will plate them and then wrap in plastic bag with twist tie. I would also recommend Karamell Kuche in Epcot - we've had delicious caramel treats (caramel apples, squares of caramel, caramel shortbread bars, caramel corn, caramel/chocolate cookies, giant caramel/chocolate rice crispy squares) boxed up when making a purchase there to take with us. Great use of snack credits! I believe that Seashore Sweets on the Boardwalk has closed and Ample Hills ice cream might be in their place?

Karamell kuche in Germany! We brought a caramel apple and a salted caramel home on the plane and they both traveled ok. I would imagine that the caramel corn would also be good.

I read a tip that if you immediately package the caramel corn in a ziploc it holds up for weeks. You can stash some in your bag.
Do they have chocolate covered salted caramels? those might make some good gifts :)

I found pics and they do. yum.

I think that the bakery on the boardwalk is closed, but you could go through the back gate at Epcot, The bakery is France is right there, lots to choose from.

The resort QS locations will have items that you can use your credits on. Muffins, pastries, bottled juice, check out the grab and go section.

On another note, your credits are good till 11:59 on departure day.

the bw bakery is not closed. it was recently renovated.

This is all great to know for when we go I was wondering the samething

Those chunky Minnie's Bake Shop cookies (approx $4) are at the larger park stores, the candy stores in MK, and sometimes (not always available) in the resort shops. Individually wrapped, and they freeze really well! We sometimes get several to take home, then take out a couple to thaw when we need a WDW fix.
