Cash vs. Points Ressie

I have a trip planned to SSR from Nov 23rd through Dec 2nd. All the ressies were made on points except for one day (the 30th) When I check the web site it shows my point reservations (on two seperate reservations-which are linked) but does not show the one night cash ressie. Should the cah ressie be showing up on the member web site? I have also never received a reservation in the mail for the cash ressie (but have for the points). When speaking with MS they say it is there but I have received no confirmation via mail or web. Can anyone who has made reservations using cash and points explain how this works? Thanks.

I have 3 nights on points and 2 on cast from 11/18 to 11/23 and the 2 cash nights do not show on the member web site for me either. The points reservations do show and I have a confirmation number from MS for the 2 cash nights.

I have points and cash reservations and had no confirmation for the cash night. I called and asked for one to be sent to me , and it was .

We switch from points to cash all of the time and have never had a problem. I have no idea how it works, but it does.
