When can you book a discounted cash ressie at your home resort?

You can book a cash reservation at ANY resort at 11 months out. As to whether the discount will be available is unknown. Sometimes it is at 11 months, and sometimes it isn't. If it isn't you can just keep checking back and it may become available for the nights you booked.

Last year, I booked 2 cash nights in June for Feb at SSR. The discount did not come up available until sometime in October, but we ended up getting it.

I booked cash nights at VWL last month for November and the discount was available.
