If a DVC member makes a cash reservation through DVC Member Services, which "pool" of rooms is used to fill the reservation? The DVC member rooms or the CRO rooms?
Example:
Person # 1 is not a DVC member. He calls CRO to use his credit card to make a reservation. He is told that studios are available to Disney Resort XYZ for his dates.
Person # 2 is a DVC member. He calls Member Services to book a studio using his points at the same resort for the same dates. He is told that nothing is available.
Person # 3 is a DVC member who used up all his points. He calls Member Services to book a studio using his credit card at the same resort for the same dates. Will he be told that studios are available (like Person # 1)? Or will he be told that studios are not available (like Person # 2)?
Assume there's only one type of studio at that resort.
Does it matter how many months in advance the people are calling?
