Cash rate for HH one bedroom? Adding onto DVC ressie?

Just curious if anyone can give me a ballpark figure for one night end of May in a one bedroom at HH? If I book four nights with points can I add one night with cash with DVC directly and have the nights linked together for the same room? Do we get a discount?


Or would it be wiser to rent the points needed for that extra night and have them transfered into my account?

if the night is not a weekend the I would say to rent. Last time I aske thay wanted $495 + tax for a 2 bedroom so point would have cost less.

We had 6 nights on points and 1 cash for last Spring Break. Ressies were linked and we kept the same room. The only quirk was that we didn't get our early checkout envelope on our door.

We've done cash nights twice.. and once on one days notice. As far as Cash vs points, unless it's Sun-Thu, then cash is probably the way to go....especially with triple point Saturday. (Saturdays are probably most available for cash b/c of the high point costs.)

We are staying in a 1 bedroom at HH 10/16 for 3 nights. Reserved a cash night at member's discount for October 19th for $173. + tax. For me personally, that's better than using all those extra points for that night.
