Hello I'm a new buyer and I thought I heard on here that when not using dvc points we are able to get discounts on rooms. Can someone tell me what the typical discount is on rooms?

If you buy the Annual Pass (I always do) there are usually some pretty sweet discounts for Passholders.

DVC rooms only as well. You don't get a discount on a Poly normal unit. Gotta be a villa.
