Cash machines in Disney - and outside

It states that there is a charge on ATM withdrawls fromt he ATM machines at Disney unless you have a Chase card and I am guessing those outside of Disney such as Sun Trust also have a charge.

Does anyone know is it a set rate per withdrawl or is it a percentage. We have a card - the Clarity - that doesn't charge for withdrawls so if the Chase charge was low it would be worth us doing our cash that way

Chase ATMs at Disney Hotels will charge you $2 per withdrawal, not depending on the amount withdrawn

ATMs outside may charge more (like $3)

After you've selected the amount to withdraw, ATMs will display a warning, indicating the amount of the transaction fee, and ask you if you wish to continue or cancel.

If you use a card in USD there will not be additionnal charges/
If you use a card in GBP you will be subject to the exchange rate.
