Cash for hairbraiding on CC?

I know I need cash for stamps but what about hairbraiding? How early do they start hairbraiding and do I sign DD up somewhere?

When DD had her hair braided, it was charged to our room. There was no sign up when we went-just sit and wait. I suggested to Disney that a number system would work better since there didn't seem to be a system in place. Maybe things have changed-it's been 2 years since we went.
