Cash Discount?

Hi all,
Does anybody know how the cash discounts work for DVC members? I am planning a short weekend in October with my Aunt and am either going to pay all cash or partial points. I know I have done this before with DH and kids but I need to be a bit more aware of money when traveling with others, (I don't want her to feel like I am paying more, or make her uncomfortable ) Thanks in advance!

The member cash discount is 25% off rack rate, when available. You book the room through Member Services. The discount is only available for DVC villas, not regular WDW resort rooms.
