We were at Casey's Corner this week and I was really disappointed to see they changed the French fries. They are now super skinny and not good at all. Has anyone else noticed the change in the fries?. Casey's is a tradition for our first night. We always go there. I don't think we will go back now with the disgusting new fries, yuck.

I walked into to Casey's and walked right out...10 dollars for a hot dog??? I would never :rotfl:.

At every QS we went to last week, we noticed the fries changed everywhere! They are much thinner and smaller. I actually liked them. I went to Casey's once on my way out of MVMCP on the 16th. I only had the corndog nuggets as a quick snack. They were so good!!!! I didn't get the fries there but it seems they are different at all of the QS spots now. At least all of the ones we went to.

I had the corn dog nuggets also for the first time, they were really good. The fries at the QS at the Poly were thicker and better tasting. Oh well, we use to love the fries at Casey's.

Hubby got an order of fries one of our MK days as a snack. I thought they looked really thin and sad looking, but they tasted really good. Between the 4 of us, we polished off that order of fries in minutes. :)

$9 for a plain hotdog is silly, for sure - At a ballpark, an airport, an amusement park, and even at Disney.

However, the BBQ Slaw Dog at Casey's is a footlong hot dog with a mound of Pulled Pork all topped with a refreshing cole slaw. For $10, this is a relative bargain to just about any other protein meal available at Disney. And the Polish Sausage topped with caramelized onions and grainy mustard is about the same price you'd pay at your local country or street fair. So laugh all you like, these hotdogs are one of Disney's best value QS meals for a hungry person.

But let's keep all this in perspective - the fast food chain with more locations in America than any other is Subway. Their claim to fame is a $5 footlong sandwich - no fries, no live piano player, no view of Cinderella's Castle, no parade starting in a few minutes.

Some of us are OK paying a bit extra for ambiance.

Regarding the new fries - these are much better for my family, as the matchstick-style if far more child friendly than a thick steak-fry (or British chip). From Disney's point of view, these thinner fries cook more quickly.
