Both sides also reviewing some sort of report having to do with a forensic psychologist. Not sure if it is a report on someone or other info. They met with JPB first thing about this report.

If they are reviewing a new report, doesn't sound like they expect JP to rule a mistrial.

Commentators are saying they could file a motion for a non-qualified DP jury but they just don't see it going anywhere (two defense attorneys talking).

They are saying if that is what this issue is about, the state can just pull the DP off the table. They also said the DP is NOT unconstitutional YET in FL.

Gotta go take my kid to work. UGH!
